In addition to these fundamental designs, the programme aims to;

  • Increase grace and efficiency of posture, carriage and movement
  • Introduce new patterns of movement
  • Facilitate general relaxation as well as the relaxation of particular body parts during complex movement behaviors
  • Increase awareness and control of emotions and mental processes

 

Breathing

  • Virtually every mind/body discipline from yoga to martial arts, employ methods of breath control.
  • The practice of controlled breathing breaks down obstructions in the human energy system.
  • Participants are taught how to breathe through a series of yogic exercises
